How To Make The BEST DARN Eggnog Smoothie This Holiday Season

Christmas Cards are so last year.  I wanted to give you guys something SPECIAL so, I created this stellar Eggnog Smoothie recipe just for YOU.

Seriously, you'll want to give this smoothie five stars.  It's that good!

I love Eggnog at Christmas time and if you're reading this blog post I bet you do too!  I mean, Chrismas only comes one time a year, right? We should be able to enjoy an Eggnog without thinking about what kind of hormones it's pumped up with and how much mucus it causes.

Well, I have fantastic news! We don't have to bypass the Eggnog this holiday season!!!! I've been hard at work creating an Eggnog Smoothie that tastes EXACTLY like the real thing, only it's low in calories, high in protein and BIG on flavor!

This smoothie is unreal.  It's... its... mind blowing (yes, I stuttered) and nutrient dense.  It's low in calories, mostly organic, egg, dairy and GMO free.

You'll need to soak some raw cashews in water beforehand, then you're ready to begin.

Beyond Glorious Egg Nog Smoothie

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1/4 cup organic raw cashews (soaked in water for 1-2 hours)
  • 2-3 cups organic almond milk
  • 2-4 organic dates, depending on your preferred level of sweetness.
  • 2 Tablespoons Williams Sonoma Powered Eggnog Mix
  • 5 Ice cubes.
  • Cinnamon and chia seeds for garnish.

In a high speed blender or Vitamix, add cashews, dates, banana, almond milk and eggnog mix.  Blend on lowest variable slowly progressing to high speed for 1-2 minutes, garish and Serve!
