- 1 head of organic green cabbage sliced or quartered
- 2-3 large organic carrots cut into chunks
- 2 large organic potatoes, peeled then halved crosswise.
- 1 organic onion
- 2 tablespoons cold-pressed Olive oil
- Bone Broth Recipe
- Himalayan Pink Salt for seasoning
In 10 quart pot, sauté onion in olive oil, on a low flame until it's translucent and sweet. Add cabbage, carrots, broth and potatoes. Allow to boil then lower the flame. Cook until cabbage is translucent and potatoes are fork tender. Season and serve!
