In the journey of regaining my health I've found that my biggest support wasn't my friends or family, as much as it was the equipment I use. Yes -- the equipment! If you find that hard to believe, try squeezing a lemon into your morning mug without a hand-held lemon squeezer, or try juicing celery without a juicer. 

I have found it really saves time (and stress) to have the proper equipment to make your health journey a bit easier and to help you create meals in the most efficient way possible. For example, I couldn't make hummus without my food processor, or a morning smoothie or soup or banana ice-cream without my high-speed blender. I have found my mechanical assistants are a great big help!
