Nutrition plays an enormous role in whether you thrive or crash in sports or at the gym. Those who want a competitive edge are nourished, not fed. They experience more strength, more energy and more vibrancy than those who are simply fed.  When we work together we'll go over your current diet.  You'll learn what foods provide the most energy, what foods to avoid, we'll talk smoothies vs. and protein shakes, how high protein diets affect the body, we'll talk diet plans, plateaus, recipes and anything else that has to do with better energy during your training.  Price is per session/diet
